A destination determines what happens after SnelUBL successfully converts an invoice: where the UBL file, and optionally the original, is sent.
Destination lifecycle
A destination has three phases: setup (enter address, folder or connection), validation (SnelUBL checks whether the destination can be reached) and active use. If a destination is temporarily unavailable, for example because a mailbox is full or a cloud folder is disconnected, the UBL file remains available in conversion history so you can still download it.
Email destinations
Let SnelUBL automatically email the UBL file and, if desired, the original to one or more addresses, such as your bookkeeper or purchasing inbox. The same limits apply as for email intake: maximum 15 MB and 20 attachments per email.
Cloud destinations
Connect Dropbox, OneDrive/SharePoint or Google Drive to place converted files automatically in a selected folder. This is useful when you or your accountant already works from a shared folder.
FTP, API and bookkeeping connections
For automated processing without manual handling, SnelUBL supports FTP destinations, API connections for custom software and bookkeeping connections. Use the available export or import flow for each package and combine it with email or cloud destinations where useful.
After setup, always check that a destination remains active. A wrong password, expired cloud authorization, full mailbox or changed folder name can prevent delivery. The conversion itself remains visible in history, so you can download the UBL file again or repair the destination.
