This page explains how SnelUBL handles invoice data, how it is processed and stored, and what is kept locally in your browser.
Processing and storage of your data
SnelUBL processes invoices automatically using secured infrastructure. Where applicable, EU-hosted infrastructure is used, but processing may also involve external processors required for the service. For legal or processor information, contact us through the contact page.
Retention and archiving
Converted documents and UBL files remain visible in conversion history as long as your account environment shows them. SnelUBL does not take over your statutory fiscal archive: you remain responsible for keeping invoices and documents you legally need.
What is stored locally in your browser
SnelUBL stores session data in your browser to keep you signed in and make the interface work, such as session and status information. Large originals and results may be used by the app in browser storage such as IndexedDB for preview and download actions. If you clear browser data, local preview or download information can disappear and you may be signed out.
Access and authorization
Connections with cloud storage (Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive) and accounting packages use an authorized connection that you configure yourself and can revoke at any time. SnelUBL requests only access needed to place, retrieve or forward documents.
Security or GDPR questions
If your organization needs a processing agreement or additional security documentation, contact us through the contact page.
