Settings and organizations

Manage organization data, invoice details, payment information and delegated billing.

An organization in SnelUBL groups your invoices, workflows and billing under one set of details, for example your own company or, as an accountant, one of your clients.

Creating an organization

On first login, SnelUBL automatically creates a default organization. You can then check or complete its name and KVK number. These details are used for identification and for your SnelUBL invoices.

Managing multiple organizations

If you work for multiple companies or clients, create a separate organization for each. This keeps conversions, workflows and invoices separated and clear.

Switching organizations

Use the organization menu to switch without signing in again. Workflows, destinations and conversion history are separated per organization.

Changing organization details

You can update name, KVK number and payment details at any time in the relevant organization's settings. During upgrade, SnelUBL asks you to check or complete these details.
