AFAS users often work with structured processes, but incoming invoices do not always arrive in a structured format. SnelUBL converts PDF, DOCX and image invoices to UBL XML so less data has to be entered manually.
Practical use
SnelUBL is for documents that are not UBL yet: scanned invoices, PDFs from smaller suppliers or foreign invoices where the data is readable but not supplied as XML.
