Applies to: Quick Mode, Trial, Result viewer
Upload an invoice manually, follow processing and download the UBL output. Use this documentation as the source of truth for working with SnelUBL. Screenshots help orientation, but the text, tables and checklists describe the behaviour to follow.
Warning: Review generated invoice data before importing it into accounting software. SnelUBL speeds up conversion, but it does not replace your accounting review.
Upload flow
Select the correct organization, drag a file into the upload area or use the file picker. The page validates file type and size before processing. A duplicate file can still be processed, but use clear filenames so you can recognize the result later.
Progress states
After upload, SnelUBL shows processing status and continues polling in the background. You can keep the page open while progress updates. If you navigate away or refresh, recent lightweight status metadata may still be shown, while large originals and results depend on browser storage.
Completion and actions
When processing completes, open the result preview, compare it with the original/PDF preview, download UBL XML or download a ZIP when originals are included. Failed conversions show a visible failure state with retry guidance.
Trial and upgrade behaviour
The first 3 conversions are free. When the trial is exhausted, the upgrade flow appears before another paid conversion can be completed. Payment is not required before those first 3 conversions.
