# Conversions and history

Conversion history shows all invoices you uploaded, the status of each conversion and access to the result.

History is especially important when you use workflows or multiple organizations. Per organization, you can see which files were processed, which results are available and which conversions need attention before downloading or forwarding again.

## Conversion statuses

Each conversion passes through statuses such as Uploading, Processing, Completed or Failed. When status is "Completed", you can open the result in the viewer and download the UBL file. When status is "Failed", you do not receive an automatic email notification, so check this overview yourself.

## Filtering and search

Use filters to find conversions by status, period or organization. This is especially useful if you work with multiple organizations.

## Download or forward again

Even after a file has already been sent to a destination, it remains available in history. You can download the UBL file or original again, for example if a previous destination was not reachable.

## Options and details

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Uploading | File is being received |
| Processing | SnelUBL recognizes and converts invoice data |
| Completed | UBL file is available in the result viewer |
| Failed | Conversion did not succeed; check troubleshooting |
